Mobile is a unique place — and good therapy should be unique to you. Whether you prefer the structure of meeting in person or the comfort of connecting from your own home, both options are available to Mobile area clients.

In-Person Sessions

In-person sessions are held at the Unitarian-Universalist Fellowship on Old Shell Road, near the intersection of Old Shell and Hillcrest in west Mobile. Sessions are by appointment only — I am on-site only for scheduled appointments.

Telehealth Sessions

No traffic on Airport Boulevard. No getting caught behind a Mardi Gras parade. Just you, in your own space, with your favorite pet, a cup of coffee, and a reliable internet connection. Clients consistently report that being in their own comfortable, familiar environment helps them feel more grounded and at ease during sessions — which is exactly the right state for this kind of work.

Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform and work best on a laptop or desktop with a larger monitor. Several of the approaches I use — including brainspotting and somatic tapping — require us to see each other clearly, so a larger screen makes a real difference. A private space where you won't be interrupted is essential. Pets are welcome. Family members should stay out of the room.
