Finding a therapist you can trust is hard enough. Finding one who truly sees and affirms who you are — without judgment, without agenda, without having to educate them first — can feel nearly impossible. That's what I want this space to be for you.

I identify as hetero, cis, and demisexual with the pronouns she/her. I am a straight ally who is genuinely committed to the LGBTQ+ community — not as a checkbox, but because I believe every person deserves care that honors their full humanity.

LGBTQ+ individuals face a distinct set of stressors that cisgender, heterosexual clients often don't — minority stress, family rejection, discrimination, religious trauma, and the cumulative weight of living in a world that doesn't always make space for you. These experiences leave real marks on the nervous system, and they deserve real, informed care.

In our work together we may address coming out, family and relationship dynamics, identity exploration, gender dysphoria, and the trauma that often accompanies LGBTQ+ experiences. I use somatic tapping, brainspotting, and hypnosis alongside cognitive approaches to help you heal at the body level — where much of this pain is actually stored.
