Hello! I’m Diana, and I’m here to support you on your journey to feel better and grow stronger. I help women and men who want their lives to change in a positive direction. Change IS possible, the first step is now.

I love helping people who’ve done talk therapy but still feel stuck. If you’ve talked it through but things haven’t really changed in how you feel or how you show up in daily life, I help you go deeper so healing actually feels real and lasting.

Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where people can share their hopes and dreams and we can work together to uncover and remove blocks to moving forward. The life you’ve imagined can begin to take shape.

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Somatic Therapy.  This combination approach connects the brain to the body so you can feel more powerful and at peace again. These evidence-based techniques work more quickly than using only traditional talk therapy.

My specialties are trauma, includng PTSD, and dissociation. Anger, anxiety, and depression are also often linked with these. My approach is a combination of therapy and coaching. People who experience these techniques often state they feel relief from feeling “heard”.

Therapy is a process taking time. But people are often surprised how quickly feeling heard and setting goals can make them feel better.  In just one or two sessions, people start to feel differently. Over time, they feel more confident and more relaxed.

How do I get started?

The process begins by you emailing me. Let me know in your email if you’d like a short telephone chat for me to answer questions or if you want to get started right away. Also let me know times you are available for therapy that way I can check to see if I have space available at the time you need.

Once you decide you want to start, I will send you a link to my online portal where you will need to complete a variety of forms including consent, insurance, credit card information and intake forms. You don’t have to use insurance, but it is an option. I take BCBS insurance. After those forms have been fully completed and insurance verified (if you are using it), then an appointment is scheduled. The first session is about getting to know you and finding out what you would like to work on in therapy. We set goals. The second session is about getting to work on those goals.
