Hi! I’m Diana. I’m here to help you take steps to feel better: more confident and comfortable in your own skin, more at peace and hopeful.  I’ll help you learn that you are good enough, deserving, and worthy of love and respect. I’ll help you learn techniques to empower you to set the direction in your own life. Whether it is letting go of anger, releasing upsetting feelings still bothering you from past events, or beginning to craft a brighter more fulfilling future. I’ll be by your side as you set goals to create a life with a sense of inner peace and mental clarity.

My specialties are trauma, including religious trauma and dissociation, and anxiety and depression. Anger also often is linked with these. Processing emotions of anger, hurt, betrayal, or resentment helps you feel more at peace. When emotions from upsetting events are processed, often anxiety, depression, anger, and spaciness reduce greatly.

People are often surprised how quickly processing can take place. Anger from betrayal can be gone in just one or two sessions. More complex situations will take longer. But freedom from the upsetting emotions and constant negative thoughts is possible.

The process begins by you emailing me. Then you will need to complete a variety of forms including consent, insurance, credit card information and intake forms. After those forms have been fully completed and insurance verified (if you are using it), then an appointment is scheduled. The first session is about getting to know you and finding out what you would like to work on in therapy. We set a goal. The second session is about getting to work on that goal.
